    EP2 installing issues on PS3.
    I bought all episodes and all episodes downloaded and installed nicely, exept ep2. when I start to download it says file size 114MB but the real size of it when its downloaded its 74MB and install freezes on 14% and error 80029563.

    Sorry to hear you are having issues.

    I have just checked the download package from the store and it appears to be ok. It is downloading and installing fine for me. As far as I am aware, when people receive this error it is usually the fault of the ISP (Internet Service Provider) rather than PSN. Sometimes the ISP temporarily blocks ports that have a high download rate on them. It is unusual that you managed to download the others without an issue though. I have also experienced this issue before when downloading other games from my home. I find that it usually sorts itself out (after many attempts). If it is still not working I have a few things for you to try.

    - Can you download a playable game demo of about the same file size as the episode 2 package (114MB).
    - Turn your router off, wait for about 10 seconds and turn it back on again. This might refresh your IP address (if it is being dynamically assigned).
    - If you are using a wireless connection to your router, try wiring it instead. (Or visa-versa).

    I tried all the things you said but it didn't help.

    Hi Taap,

    Did you get the issue when you downloaded a similar sized game demo?
    Is your issue with Episode 2 also?
    What country are you in and which PlayStation Store are you accessing?

    I downloaded and installed Chime super deluxe demo (189MB) and i didn't have any problems.
    Yes, the problems is with ep2. ep1 and3 to 5 are working fine. I'm in Finland and i'm accessing Sony Network Entertainment Europe Limited.

    I'm sorry to hear of the problems you've been having with Episode 2. I've contacted SCEE this morning and asked them to look into the problem immediately.

    I have good news! SCEE have now fixed the issue by reuploading the Episode 2 file to PSN.

    If you delete your copy of Episode 2 and download it from the store again, it should install and run fine.
